What’s inside The Centralized Haven: Organize Your Business Operations
Initial Assessment
We will start with a comprehensive look into your business that will include:
A two-hour Zoom session to do a deep dive into your operations, workflows, goals, technology, and problem areas.
A one-hour Zoom session to review the findings of your initial assessment.
During this session, we will be objectively looking at all the aspects of your business, not to make any changes or decisions, just as a fact-finding mission with no judgment.
Strategy & Planning
After the initial assessment, I will create a personalized strategy and plan for getting your business centralized, your file storage organized, your processes documented, and tasks organized. We will have another one-hour Zoom session to review the comprehensive plan for implementing your strategy.
Implementation & Support
During your implementation period, I will be by your side providing guidance, advice, and accountability during up to 10 weekly Zoom sessions with up to two hours of implementation work from my team each week and email support in between.
Things we may work on could include:
Project Management (PM) setup or optimization.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library and index creation.
Optimizing current or future team support.
Metrics tracking.
Streamlining processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Continuing Implementation & Support
If you need more support, we can continue your implementation period for an additional three months. This would include up to 13 additional weekly Zoom sessions with up to two hours of implementation work each week and email support in between.
Things we may work on could include:
Assessing team needs.
Launch blueprint creation and assessment.
Content management process assessment and refinement.
SOP library and metrics tracking refinement.

What is included in the Centralization and Organization Package?
A comprehensive look at your business, operations, workflows, software, tools, etc. A custom strategy and plan for centralizing and organizing your business. An SOP guide and metrics template. Project management setup (or optimization of a current system). And of course, weekly calls for guidance, advice, and accountability and two hours of implementation support each week.
Do I have to have a team?
While a good Virtual Assistant (VA) can be worth their weight in gold, it is not necessary to have a team for this program. Once you are organized and centralized, you will be ready to bring in a team member to take some of the work off your shoulders and you will know exactly who you need to bring on next.
What if I need more than 2 hours of implementation support each week?
I do offer options for additional weekly hours of implementation support. We can discuss this during our strategy and planning phase.
What if I need additional implementation support beyond three months?
We can extend your implementation support by an additional three months to dive deeper into organizing.
What if I need more support beyond implementation?
We can discuss long-term retainer solutions that may include a combination of Virtual Assistance and Online Business Management support.
Can this package be customized to fit my specific business needs?
Every business needs an organized foundation but every business’s needs will be different. This package is designed to create the foundations that your business needs in a way that works for you, your business, and your team.
Will I need to learn new software or tools?
Honestly? Yes, there will be new software, tools, and habits for you to learn. But everything will be designed around your business and I will be right here along the way to help you.
